Ichiroku Features

Rec Record and play your voice clips
About 20 hours of recording can be saved.

Recording and Playback

Simply tap the big floating microphone button to start recording, and once again to stop. Your recordings will automatically be uploaded.

While there are no restrictions on the total length of a recording, sessions over 30 minutes will be split into recordings of 30 minutes each. A recording of a two hour meeting would be split into four recordings. Each recording is uploaded upon its completion.

You can perform other operations (e.g. viewing or editing events) while recording.

Make quick recordings of memos or ideas instead of tediously tapping at the keyboard entering text!

Player screen

Tap the right screen to display a controller shown on the left screen. You can also pause playback, and seek backward and forward.

If the recorded sound is too low to hear, try using earbuds or headsets. External microphones will also give you a louder recording.
Event Schedule Management with Google Calender
You can add, update, and edit your Google Calendar events.

Ichiroku supports your schedule management both for business and personal use.

This is the event list screen.

To add an event...
 Tap the "+" button on the top right.
To edit an event...
 Tap the event you want to edit.
To delete an event...
 Tap the "Trash" button on the top left.

At the event detail view pictured in the above left, you can edit the following:
  [Title] [Location] [Starting time]  [Closing time] [Attendees]
You can choose whether or not to notify attendees upon saving event changes. The action sheet shown to the left will appear in this case.

<Link recordings to events>
Recording during the time span of a Calendar event, or pressing the microphone button over the details of an event will create a relationship between the new recording and event. When an event has any related recordings, a "Related" section will be shown under the Attendees in the event details. Tap the Recordings cell under this section to view them.

With an event starting at 2pm and ending at 4:15pm as shown above, any recordings overlapping the period between these two times will be related to the event. Pressing the microphone button (effectively starting or ending a recording) over the detail view of this event will also cause the new recording to be related. In this way, the link can be made even after the event has ended, making it convenient for uses like recording a summarizing voice memo of the meeting some point later on.

<Share recordings with event attendees>
Related recordings will be shared with other Ichiroku users invited to the same event. Related recordings made by other event attendees using Ichiroku can also be accessed from the event's details.

More new features are coming in the near future!
We hope you enjoy Ichiroku!
