- DigiOn may collect your personal information through product registration
cards, or online product registration forms. We may also ask you your name,
telephone number or e-mail address when you contact with DigiOn Support Center
or General Information Center. Additionally, DigiOn may, with your prior consent,
gather your personal information from our affiliated distributors when you purchase
a DigiOn product and disclose your personal information to the distributors.
It is entirely your choice to decide whether to provide your personal information
to DigiOn. If you provide your information to DigiOn on a voluntary basis, we
will collect and store that information in our safeguarded database. DigiOn may
use a selected part of the information in order to send you our latest product
information or software updates by e-mail, direct mail, or deliver our products
to you. Likewise, DigiOn may use the collected information in order to analyze
customer profiles to help us market or develop better products.
If you would like to stop receiving emails from DigiOn, please email us a cancellation
request as described on the user registration page on DigiOn website. Meanwhile,
if you disclose your personal information to our affiliated distributors, you
may receive direct mail, e-mail or other information offered from them. If you
do not wish to receive that information, you may need to contact the distributor
directly.
DigiOn will not disclose your personal information to third parties except for
such cases where it is required for shipping or delivery. Even then, DigiOn only
provides the selected part of your information that is required to complete the
service and the service providers are obligated to protect the personal information
they receive.

- DigiOn uses SSL encryption to collect for transmission to DigiOn's web server
the personal information you provide using our website. To use our website securely,
you must therefore have a browser that supports SSL encryption.
In addition, DigiOn recommends that you also take precautions to protect your
personal information such as choosing a password combination that is difficult
to guess and/or changing the password often.
Your normal visits to DigiOn website are anonymous. When you visit DigiOn website, the previous website you visited, the type of computer you are using
and the operating system you are using are stored for a limited time in a safeguarded
access log. Additionally, your access of DigiOn website through email or download
services are logged, but no personal information can be identified from the logs
and your anonymity is maintained.

- DigiOn does not intend to collect or solicit for information from people
who are underage.
